Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with any Master Class by Fraud Doctor product, you may request a full refund* in writing within 30-days of the date of purchase.  

Send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your email address associated with your account
  • The product name
  • The price you paid for the product
  • The date of purchase
  • The method of payment
  • A PDF copy of your receipt (the receipt email or credit card charge receipt are both accepted)
  • The reason you wish to claim a refund (this helps us make improvements to ensure expectations are met)

* Services are excluded and are not available for refund.
* No refunds will be granted after the qualified assessment has been completed.
